Overcoming Obstacles

Meeting the Greatest Challenges

Pacific Weather is wholly responsive to the needs of its customers be it in implementing a new contract requirement, ensuring that a weather office has the tools needed to do the job in the arctic conditions of the North Slope of Alaska, that its staff has the very latest information to anticipate volcanic ash clouds in Puerto Rico, that its offices at the major airports in New York City have contingency plans in place to remain fully operational during major blizzards or terrorist threats. We can easily adapt to any alternate schedule or change in workload requirements that a crisis or emergency presents during the course of the contract.

Pacific Weather was among the first responders in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina devastated the region. Working with emergency management personnel, Team Pacific quickly assembled its workforce to reopen the weather office at Louis Armstrong International Airport, facilitating aviation operations after the storm.
